To spearhead its business development and expansion in the services business, we urgently require an experienced professional to fit in the role of Director, Sales & Marketing.

Skillset
Persons with professional sales & business development skills, with proven experience and track record in managing the whole gamut of Sales & Business Development operations of Software Development companies engaged in product design and development services. He will play an important role in designing and executing companys growth operations. He should possess clear-cut and innovative ideas, with exceptional skills and vision in converting Management`s ideas into reality. Should have the ability to manage existing Business Development team with professional work ethics , motivate and drive them to achieve their Sales targets setting himself as a role model by accomplishing his own goals and sales targets fixed by Management.
Job Profile
Market Research, Prospects identification, Setting Business Plans and objectives for self and the Team, Periodical review of performance of Team, Technical Discussions with prospects, Responding to RFPs, Preperation of Technical Proposals, Cold Calls and CRM Management, Exploring new areas for diversification and expansion, Generating new Business Leads and exploring possibilities of acquiring strategic and technical alliances or partnerships with prospects and turning them into long-term revenues. Be flexible to work in night shift to interact with International clients adjusting their time-slot whenever necessary. The position will report to CEO directly.
