Job Title: Exchange/Active Directory Administrators and Architects

Education: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
Job Description:
We have very good requirement for Exchange/Active Directory Administrators and Architects with one of our CMM Level5 client in Bangalore and Delhi.
For this position we require a current MCSE Certification. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and should be comfortable working with senior management and managing a small group of 5-10 engineers.
Candidate will meet with clients to support technical needs. Provide leadership on Exchange technology.
Candidate will conduct technical project specific tasks that may include but not be limited to:
1. Conduct and document client requirements
2. Work with client to analyze business processes
3. Develop, participate in development, and/or lead development in the delivery of technical solutions.
4. Document technical solutions.
5. Develop, document, and conduct s ( cases and scenarios).
6. Provide support to client.
7. Report status to project managers.
Skills Required:
1. MCSE Lead on a Exchange 2003 project.
2. Exchange 2003 support knowledge of routing, administrative groups, public folder replication
3. Exchange 2003 design and architecture knowledge, including best practices recommendations
4. Active Directory knowledge of replication, IPSec services, AD-Exchange integration
5. Knowledge of Group Policy
6. Exchange and Windows Server 2003 clustering experience
7. Name Resolution (DNS), within large (300+ server) network environments.
Skills Desired:
1. Ironport message routing and reporting experience
2. Virtualization experience with VMWare Server and VMWare ESX / Virtual Infrastructure
3. MOM 2005 monitoring tool experience
4. BladeLogic Configuration Management software
5. CA Datacenter or SCCM and SoftGrid
6. Security (PKI and ISA).
