· Desktop, printer, laptop, and network troubleshooting
· Technical support (Voice Based)
· Remote and local application installation
· Desktop Troubleshooting (Voice Based)
· Imaged desktop and laptops using RIS
· Ensure flawlessness for each configuration and build
· Report errors and issues for each configuration and build
· Communicate with customers and explicate the quality assurance process to them
