strong Java development skills.
2) Any experience with open source technologies would be a great advantage
but proven enterprise application delivery skills are required.
3) The ideal candidate will posses strong interpersonal and written communication skills
and solid design experience.
4) The ideal candidate can work independently and can `do what it takes`
to get a job done with little direction.
Java web development skills...ideally JSP, Struts, Tomcat, and AJAX.
