•	*Handling the entire process
•	*Good at people management
•	*Capability to implement and improve the process (KRA, SL etc)
•	Determines call center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses;
•	*identifying and evaluating state-of-the-art technologies; defining user requirements; establishing technical specifications, and production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
•	contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
•	*Develops call center systems by developing customer interaction and voice response systems, and voice networks;
•	designing user interfaces; developing and executing user acceptance test plans; planning and controlling implementations.
•	Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance;
•	*identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses;
•	managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades
. Responsibilities Include
•	Should responsible to communicate with primary clients to ensure that outsourced processes meet their standards of quality and efficiency.
•	Plan for growth over long periods of time.
•	Responsible for communicating and managing vendors as well as team.
•	Often responsible for overseeing all commercial operations.
•	They also implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance.
•	As well as participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development.
•	Ensure the teams they are involved with are aware of the combined end goals
•	Establish operations objectives and work plans; delegate assignments to subordinate when necessary.
•	Conduct regular meetings to improve productivity, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.
