Key Functions & Responsibilities:

    Handle Inbound/Outbound calls . Meet the hourly/daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets.

    Ensuring the target (as per the situation and business needs) are met without compromising on quality.

    Strictly adhering to the guidelines of the business.

    Have to attend periodic training about process and policy updates & any new developments.

Competency Requirements:

    Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

    Basic knowledge of computers and Internet

    Willingness to work in Rolling Shift environment(night Hours)

    Working days: 5 days a week - Weekly off: 2 days (Rotational) and not necessarily (Saturday / Sunday)

    Work Experience: Min 6 months in any voice process
    Job Qualification: Undergraduate
