We are looking ADMIN /HR . Who should have basic knowledge of accounts and book keeping, able to handle independent responsibility and willing to participant in growing organization?
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Must have knowledge of Tally,
• Good in English with writing and speaking,
• knowledge of basic computer use
• Coordination with Bank, client and internal team of Ketu Software in day to day functioning.
• Preparation of salary, and maintaining daily attendance
• The HR will be handling the recruitment part and arranging for interviews of the candidates with our managers.
• candidate should have hands on experience in handling core admin activities like : printing , stationary, inward or outward courier, facility management, pantry management, vendor management, utility bills , transport , Handling all adminstration tasks like Making Quotations, Invoices & Challan,Purchase Orders,office Cordination work,Maintaining & updating the records etc
