Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries, primarily by telephone and e-mail
2. Resolve customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
3. Work directly with other technical support staff, quality assurance, engineering, sales, marketing,
4. operations, and administration to resolve problems
5. Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledge base
6. Help alpha and beta products
7. Requirements
8. Experience in providing Linux/UNIX and Windows technical support to customers
9. Excellent interpersonal skills
10. Strong in spoken and written English
11. Strong Linux or UNIX administration skills & familiarity with the installation and configuration of Linux or
12. UNIX operating systems & setup and operation of TCP/IP networking on Linux or UNIX systems
13. Good practical working ability with UNIX utilities, including editors and command shells
14. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in software and hardware
15. B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or equivalent work experience
16. Working knowledge of Microsoft (Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 98, 95, and 3.1
