PHP Web Programmer
Job Description: This is a full time work from home position. If you are currently in a job it’s probably best for you to work on this part time initially and then when we are comfortable that you are the right person, you can work full time. You will be working using software to monitor the hours that you work. In fact that’s the same software that you will be working on.
Pay Amount: negotiable
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements: 1. Graduate of Computer Engineering/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
2. Must have fast internet connection and a private space where there are no distractions to work
3. Must be able to render 40 hours per week of work
4. MUST have your own space to work from home where you won`t be disturbed
5. MUST have your own computer and fast Internet connection.
Other skills / Qualifications: You will need to be a super-star in the above technologies.
1. PHP 4.x and later
2. SQL language
3. MySQL 3.x and later
4. Be able to configure Apache via .htaccess (PHP options, mod_rewrite,redirects)
5. Be able to administrate MySQL (create a new tables, set access rights, add a new users, copy databases, etc)
6. JavaScript and browser object model
7. HTML/XHTML + CSS
8. Basic knowledge of Linux (Using command line, configure Cron jobs, set
access rights for files)
9. OOP design
