Academics: Any graduate with good academic track record
Experience: Should have good exposure to various ing techniques. Handled a team of minimum 3 -4 members. Should have interacted with clients on a day to day basis to understand the client expectations.
Technical Skills: Hands on in Project\Product\Website ing, In-depth knowledge of various ing techniques and exposure to open source ing tools for ing and case development like QTP.
RDBMS: MS SQL Server - preferable
Soft Skills: Attention to detail is a must. Should have good analytical, problem solving skills with good communication. Should be able to maintain and analyze the metrics. Should have good team management skills and ability to communicate effectively with the developers and team managers.
