Senior Development Engineering Analyst (Virtualization)
Design and Build reference configurations for Virtualization Solutions based on Microsoft Hyper-V with Dell Servers/Storage/Interconnects. Focus on sub-system stability and performance via stress, micro-benchmarks. Study the VM management aspects for 100+ VM environments.. Contribute to Advisor releases.
Working knowlegde of OS subsystems namely process, storage, memory, IO.
Exposure to VMWare and XenServer would be a plus.
Exposure to Storage Technologies (iSCSI, FC) is required.
Hands-on expertise on using system management would be desired.
Experience using SPEC benchmarks and stress tools (IOMeter, netperf) is required.
Must have good analytical skills to analyze and root cause issues at sub-system level.
Should be familiar with integration and system ing. Must be able to able to create plans and scenarios.

Must be self-directed.
Experience in writing technical white papers would be a plus.
Should have excellent written and spoken communication.
Qualifications:
B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or EE/ECE
3-5 of years of relevant industry experience.
