* Websphere Portal Developer ( 4 – 6 Years)
-Strong knowledge on WCM customization.
-Experience on creation of Portlets, XML & Java.
-Websphere Certification is a Plus.
-Any exposure to Websphere Portal or Lotus Domino is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills.
*Senior Java / Websphere Portal Architect ( 7 – 9 Years)
-Good knowledge on Design & Development using Websphere Portal server 5.1/6/0/6.1.
-J2EE/Java based development experience.
-Knowledge on JSR 168, IBM Portlets.
-Design patterns (optional).
-Understanding of Best practices of Design using Websphere Portal Server.
-Good understanding of quality programming guidelines, understanding of software development life cycles.
-Enterprise App Development using Java/J2ee with exposure to open source frameworks.
